Making enchiladas to pass the time. Spinach, onion, and olives. Plus rice and beans. Pictures to come a little later if it turns out half way decent.
Bought a book at the thrift store that seemed pretty interesting. Once I got home I looked it up on Amazon to check out the reviews. Turns out I bought a Young Adult book. Oops. Do I still read it?
Feeling very happy after a wonderful afternoon. Can’t quite believe it all took place in Jersey.
